Each individual may maintain only one registered account on the 2j bet app. Creating duplicate accounts — whether using different personal details, payment methods or device identities — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, all accounts associated with that individual will be closed, bonuses cancelled and any remaining balances reviewed before return.
You are required to provide complete, accurate and truthful information during registration, including your full name, date of birth, contact details and preferred payment method. You must update your account information promptly if any details change. The Platform is not responsible for any issues arising from inaccurate or outdated account information provided by the player.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. The Platform will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure. The Platform may require identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals or at any other point during the account lifecycle. Acceptable verification documents include a valid national identity card (CNIC), passport or other government-issued photo identification. Accounts that cannot be verified may have withdrawal requests held pending satisfactory documentation.
The 2j bet app processes all transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are currently supported for deposits:
The minimum deposit amount is PKR 200 per transaction. There is no maximum deposit limit set by the platform, though individual payment providers may impose their own limits. Deposits are credited to your account promptly once confirmed by the payment provider.
All deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts, including accounts held by family members, are not permitted. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever possible. Withdrawals are paid in PKR. The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 500. Requests are reviewed by our payments team before processing and are typically completed within the timeframes stated in the Withdrawal section of the platform.
The Platform may require identity verification before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard anti-fraud and player protection measure. You may be asked to provide a copy of your CNIC, proof of payment method ownership or other documents. Delays caused by pending verification are not the responsibility of the Platform.
If your account balance includes bonus funds or winnings generated from bonus play, you must fulfil the applicable wagering requirements before those funds become eligible for withdrawal. The specific wagering requirement, qualifying games and expiry date for each bonus are stated in the relevant promotion's terms.
The Platform reserves the right to refuse or delay a withdrawal request if: the account has not completed identity verification; there is a suspected breach of these Terms; a bonus wagering requirement has not been met; or there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity. In such cases, the player will be informed of the reason and given an opportunity to resolve the issue.
All bonuses and promotions offered on the 2j bet app — including the welcome bonus, reload offers, cashback promotions and VIP rewards — are subject to individual terms and conditions stated at the point of offer. By claiming a bonus, you agree to the specific terms attached to it, in addition to these general Terms.
Every bonus carries a wagering requirement — the total amount that must be bet before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. For example, a wagering requirement of 20x on a PKR 1,000 bonus means you must place a total of PKR 20,000 in qualifying bets before withdrawing. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements; contribution percentages are stated in each promotion's terms.
Only one bonus can be active on your account at any given time. Claiming a new bonus before completing the wagering requirement of an existing one may result in the existing bonus being forfeited. The order in which bonuses are applied is at the Platform's discretion unless otherwise stated.
The Platform monitors bonus usage. Strategies designed to exploit bonus terms — including but not limited to low-risk betting patterns used solely to clear wagering requirements, use of multiple accounts to claim bonuses, or systematically placing opposing bets — constitute bonus abuse and will result in bonus cancellation and potential account closure.

Bonuses that are not claimed within the stated availability window, or wagering requirements that are not completed within the stated validity period, will expire automatically. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings are forfeited and cannot be reinstated.
All bets placed on the 2j bet app are final once confirmed. It is the player's responsibility to review all bet details — selection, stake and odds — before confirming. The Platform does not accept requests to cancel or amend bets after they have been confirmed, except where a market is voided in accordance with the applicable sporting rules.
Odds are subject to change at any time before a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the odds that apply to that bet. In-play odds fluctuate rapidly; any bet confirmed during live play will be settled at the odds confirmed at the time of placement.
A bet may be declared void where: the event is cancelled or abandoned before the required completion point; there was a clear and demonstrable error in the odds; official results are not available within a reasonable timeframe; or the market terms specify conditions under which bets are voided. Stake amounts for voided bets are returned to the player's account.
For cricket betting — including PSL matches, T20 internationals and other formats — results are determined by the official result declared by the relevant governing body (PCB, ICC or equivalent). Rain interruptions, Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) results and Super Over outcomes are all treated as official results. Bets on matches that do not reach the minimum overs required for a valid result under DLS will be voided unless the market terms state otherwise.
The Platform reserves the right to apply a maximum payout limit per bet or per event. Where applicable, these limits are displayed in the relevant market. Bets that would result in winnings exceeding the stated maximum will be paid out at the maximum limit only.
The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 2j bet app. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended or permanently closed, and any balance may be withheld pending investigation:
The Platform employs detection systems to identify prohibited conduct. Accounts under investigation may be suspended without notice pending the outcome of the review.
The Platform reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, where there is a suspected or confirmed breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe, or where continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform.
You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Before closure, any pending bets will be settled normally and any remaining real-money balance (excluding uncleared bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method.
Players who wish to take a break from the Platform can request a self-exclusion period through the responsible gaming settings in their account. Self-exclusion periods range from 24 hours to permanent. During a self-exclusion period, you will not be able to log in, deposit or place bets. Self-exclusions cannot be reversed before the stated end date.
